Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Shipped returns postmarked within 7 days of date received will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment.
Once delivered to our store, returns will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoe box will make them ineligible for return.
Items purchased from Shoeclosetwf.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of purchase.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
We check all items for any damages or defective material before shipping them out to you and we also check to ensure all items are packed in the order, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, defective or if you believe something is missing from your order please read below!
Damaged items must be reported before the item is worn. All tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your item or the return will not be accepted.

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 7 days) for a refund.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
